Dimitris Verdinoglou was born in Serres in 1985. He started piano lessons at the age of 10. From 2004 to 2010 he studied at the Ionian University and upon his graduation he was accepted at the Royal Conservatoire of the Hague. He continued his studies until 2013, when he received a solo jazz piano Master Degree. During his studies he was an active member of the Dutch jazz scene. He returned in Greece in 2016.

Since his return he is involved in the Athens jazz scene, collaborating with artists such as Vasilis Rakopoulos, Giorgos Georgiadis, Ntinos Manos, Billy Pod and Vasilis Xenopoulos.

In 2020 he recorded a duo album, entitled "In Contact" with flutist Leonidas Sarantopoulos. His first personal album "Transitions" was released in 2021.
