Cool Mood is a jazz sextet with a cool aesthetic - a bridge between the West Coast jazz legacy of Chet Baker, Paul Desmond, and Gerry Mulligan and contemporary improvisational expression. The ensemble reimagines classic jazz standards through original, uncluttered arrangements.

Six instruments—voice, trumpet, saxophone, guitar, double bass, and drums—come together to weave a soft sonic tapestry: melodic lines unfold with gentle harmonic richness; phrases alternate in interplay and counterpoint; and the rhythm section sustains a discreet, underpinning pulse. Each improvisation unfolds as a living melodic evolution, revealing jazz’s depth and freedom within a minimalist yet richly hued and emotionally resonant framework.

The band members are: Anna Makantasi (vocals), Giorgos Thomopoulos (trumpet), Tzortzis Tsiropoulos (saxophone), Christos Liponis (guitar), Achilleas Sfakianakis (bass) and Anastasis Gouliaris (drums).
