Tzortzis Tsiropoulos was born and raised in Zakynthos and is a graduate of the Department of Civil Engineering of the National Technical University of Athens. He began his musical studies at a young age and initially received a Diploma in Classical Piano. He then studied with Sylvios Syrros and received a Diploma in Jazz Saxophone and Improvisation from the Athenaeum Conservatory. 

He is a professor of piano, saxophone and theory and has taught at the Athenaeum Conservatory and the Jazzart School. 

He has collaborated with important musicians and bands of the Greek Jazz scene with appearances at festivals, theatrical performances and music venues, such as the Half Note Jazz Club, Gazarte, Tinos Jazz Festival, etc.
