Pavlos Michailidis lives and works in Thessaloniki. He has studied piano, music theory and composition at the State Conservatory of Thessaloniki. He has composed music for a solo instrument, music for chamber & ensemble, string quartets, choral, large orchestra, jazz big band, etc. He has also written music for theater, documentaries, silent movies and short films. His works have been performed both in Greece and abroad.

As a pianist he has participated in classical, contemporary, jazz and various music styles concerts. He has performed with musicians such as Danny Hayes, Sakis Papadimitriou, Milcho Leviev, Gianni Lenoci, Gianni Mimmo. Also he has performed with groups such as: Magic Road Big Band, Aroma Caribe, Terra Incognita, Monie & Monie Conniente and others.
He has presented his first personal album with Paulus Quintet band and his latest project with Duende Jazz Orchestra.

Since 2003 he has been a teacher of music in public education.

Ιn painting he is self-taught and since 2016 he has been a member of the Association of Fine Artists of Northern Greece with participation as a painter in art exhibitions both in Greece and abroad (Italy, Spain, Pakistan, France, Bulgaria, Indonesia etc.) and live painting demonstrations.
