The Soul Peanuts is an organ trio formed in Athens in 2018. Its members are Erik Panagopoulos (guitar), Rafael Meleteas (hammond) and Giannis Papadoulis (drums).

The band's sound combines boogaloo, jazz funk, 60's RnB and soul, including classic organ trio compositions such as those of Dr. Lonnie Smith, Tony Monaco and Jimmy Smith.

Their debut album was released in 2025.
