Evangelia Stavrou was born in Athens and raised in Loutraki, Korinthia. At the age of 16 she started being engaged with drumming. In 2007 she started studying at the Georgios Metallinos' Modern Music School under Zacharias Pinakoulakis and then under Alexandros Drakos Ktistakis. She continued her studies at Art School Fakanas and in 2020 she started a 3-year master's program on Orff Schulwerkc system.

She has performed at many festivals and concerts with bands such as Operation-B , Swing A Zoo, Gloire Carton, Roy Kaliva Quartet, Panagiotis Pitsakis Quartet, Petros Zorbas Trio and more.

Since 2017 she is a member of the Alone Together Trio, along with guitarist Petros Zorbas and bassist Thodoris Maraidonis.
