Lenos Roussos was born in Limassol and studied jazz drums at the National Music Academy of Sofia under the guidance of Prof. Hristo Yotsov and Atanas Popov (2017–2023), as well as at the University of Music and Performing Arts Graz in Austria.

He has collaborated with numerous musical ensembles, such as the Cyprus Symphony Orchestra, Montuno BG, Aformosa Quartet, Sawber, and has performed in various countries (Cyprus, Bulgaria, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Estonia, Denmark, and Germany).
