Stergios Polyzos began his involvement with music at the age of 10. He attended lessons in accordion, piano, and music theory at the Delphic Conservatory of Lavrio. In 2008, he started playing the saxophone in the Lavrio Municipality Philharmonic Orchestra, where he remained for ten years. At the same time, he completed his studies in classical harmony and counterpoint. He is a graduate of the Department of Music Studies at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.

Since 2012, he has been professionally involved in music, participating in ensembles and orchestras, both in concerts and studio recordings, doing arrangements and teaching lessons. He has collaborated with numerous musicians from the jazz scene, as well as with artists from pop, rock, and classical music backgrounds.

From 2025, he teaches saxophone at the Philippos Nakas Conservatory.
