Yiorgos Parisis grew up in Serres and began piano lessons at the age of eight. He studied classical saxophone at the Serres Music School and continued on a scholarship at the State Conservatory of Thessaloniki. He studied at the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Aristotle University.

He lives in Berlin, where he performs with the piano trio Grey Paris.

His first solo album, titled “Monologues”, was released in 2021.
