Papanikolaou Lambros has graduated from the Music high school of Serres and the Department of Musical Studies of the Ionian Universtiy. With the program Erasmus he stayed for a short period in Nicosia, Cyprus, studying with Charis Ioannou.

In 2015 he represented the Ionian University at the International Association of Schools of Jazz (IASJ) in Lisbon, Portugal.

In the summer of 2017 he appeared at Herodeio being a part of the "El sistema of Greece" orchestra.  

He plays with many bands of the Greek jazz scene such as Pibloktoq, Thomas Meleteas Trio, Interchange Jazz Trio and more.
