Mordana is a trio formed in Thessaloniki by Periclis Vrachnos (lafta, compositions), Vagelis Vrachnos (double bass, compositions) and Andriana Ahitzanova (ney).

Their sound is a blend of free improvisation combined with influences from the music of the east.

The band’s debut album entitled “Roots” was released in 2021.
