Alexandra Lerta
Alexandra Lerta studied acting at the National Theatre School of Greece after finishing her studies and she worked in the theatre for a few years before deciding to make a turn in to jazz music. She started studying singing in 1997 with Lena Giorgali. She also took musical theatre courses in London.
In 2006 she moved to Holland and studied for at Codarts Conservatory in Rotterdam and then at The Royal Conservatory of The Hague. During this period she attended seminars and classes with musicians such as Jocelyn Smith, Bobby McFerrin, David Liebman, Branford Marsalis etc. She completed her Bachelors study in 2011. Since then she has played in many venues and jazz festivals in Greece.
She formed the duo project InDuologue with bass player Vasilis Stefanopoulos and released the album "Blue Skies" in 2013.
