Kaki Melissa Trio was formed in Corfu in 2023 by Damianos Tselentakis (piano), Orfeas Kyriakakis (drums) and Lambros Psomas (double bass), through their collaboration at the Ionian University. The group draws inspiration from various piano trios, such as those of Bill Evans, Keith Jarrett and Brad Mehldau, focusing on dialogue and improvisation. Their repertoire includes both jazz standards and original compositions. 

The members of Kaki Melissa Trio have individually collaborated with prominent musicians of the Greek jazz scene and have performed at festivals and music venues throughout Greece. 

In 2026, they released their debut album titled “Pieces.”
