Punk Kong is a band that was formed in Brussels by the guitarist Giotis Damianidis who is the main composer, the Belgian sax players Grégoire Tirtiaux, Viktor Perdieus and Ruben Verbruggen and the Portuguese drummer João Lobo.

The band creates a wall of sound with songs that blend free jazz, psychedelic rock, african blues and free improvisation.

Punk Kong's debut album was released in 2016.
