Irini Arabatzi was born in 1991 in Thessaloniki and grew up in Brussels. She studied law in Athens and at the same time took music lessons at the Athenaeum conservatory and began to appear on stages and festivals, with jazz musicians.

She participated in the vocal group Fonés (with Marina Satti), while also becoming a member of the jazz ensemble Les Trois Femmes. She also participated in theater performances (West Side Story, Shrek). She has performed as a guest vocalist on the recording with the Scottish National Jazz Orchestra of "Sweet Sister Suite" (Kenny Wheeler).
