Pantelis Stoikos was born in Florina and had his first experience with music in 1990, studying music theory and piano. In 1994 he received his first trumpet lessons in Florence, while studying piano and in 1996 moved to Thessaloniki in order to continue his music studies at the New Conservatory.

Applying intense northern Greece's sound colours, as well as jazz and classical music influences, he has created a personal style of playing.

He has collaborated with artists such as Ivo Papasov, Milcho Leviev, Nedyalko Nedyalkov, Okay Temiz, Michalis Siganidis and Floros Floridis. He has performed throughout Europe, Africa, America, Asia and Australia.

His debut personal album "Thrafseis" was released in 2004.
