Serafeim Tourikas was born in Stockholm, Sweeden, in 1993. Then his family relocated in Greece, where he was raised. He started being involved with music at the age of 11, firstly with classical guitar and music theory. A few years later he started palying the drums and at the age of 15 started attending drums classes.

Listening to recordings he fell in love with jazz and decided to study jazz at Filippos Nakas Conservatory and then at the Athens Conservatory.

Since then he performs at various Athens venues and he often visits New York for further inspiration and studying.
