Alexis Delis was born in Thessaloniki in 1990. He studied electric bass with Lakis Tzimkas and graduated the Ionian University with a jazz double bass specialization.

Since 2015 he lives in Athens and has collaborated with many Greek jazz scene musicians.

He is a member of George Kontrafouris' piano trio, with which he has performed at the Athens and Thessaloniki Concert Halls, the Athens and Epidavros Festivals and at National TV. He is also a member of the guitarist's Sakis Tsinoukas Quartet.

In 2015 with Marios Valinakis and Giannis Notaras he formed the Mob trio and recorded their debut album.
