Valery Wilmer's (b. 1941) book "As Serious as Your Life", was first published in 1977 by Allison and Busby. The title is a reference to something said to the writer by McCoy Tyner: "Music's not a plaything; it's as serious as your life." It was published in greek by Praxis in 1984, translated by Giorgos Giannopoulos.
