A primitive attempt to systematize the theory of jazz, at a time when it was not yet widespread in Greece. Its authors are the great pianist Markos Alexiou and Spyros Raftopoulos, then a professor of theory at the Aeolian School of Music in Piraeus.
It was first published in 1984 and later it was reissued revised.
