Panos Tziniolis was born in Athens in 1977. In 2001 he began private lessons with Albert Panagiotopoulos, Zacharias Pinakoulakis, and Takis Kanellos, while at the same time studying at the MUSE Conservatory with Vasilis Rakopoulos and Antonis Ladopoulos.

He has attended seminars with Bill Stewart, Peter Erskine, Billy Hart, Richard Bona, Freddy Gruber, and Ergan Ogur. In 2006 he continued his studies at the Rotterdam Conservatory, where he studied with Hans van Oosterhout, Peter Ipma, and Joost Kroon until 2007. During his stay in the Netherlands, he also took private lessons with Steve Clover.

He has collaborated with George Kontrafouris, Dimitri Vassilakis, Tilemachos Moussas, Lito Voyatzoglou, Mode Plagal, and many others, and has participated in concerts in Greece, Cyprus, and the Netherlands.

His first personal album, titled “Silver Lining”, dedicated to the music of Horace Silver, was released in 2019, while his second personal album of original compositions, titled “Dr. Fen”, was released in 2025.
