The Spaceship Trio was formed in Athens in 2023 by the drummer and composer Albert Panagiotopoulos, guitarist Nikos Demosthenous, and bassist Konstantinos Mentzelopoulos.

The group’s music combines a variety of musical elements and styles, featuring the sound of a rock trio enriched with the improvisational spirit of jazz and themes inspired by the East, the West, Africa, and the Balkans.

Their debut album "Centaur" was released in 2026.
