Sonica band was created in Cyprus by pianist and keyboardist Christos Yerolatsitis. It is a synth-centered group that combines nu-jazz with vocabulary from ambient, electronica & funk. Since each member of the band comes from a jazz background, improvisation remains central to the group.

Their debut album was released in 2022.
