Apostolis Armagos was born and raised in Athens, Greece. He is a graduate of the Department of Music Studies at the University of Athens and holds a Master's degree in Music Creation for New Media. He studied piano and advanced music theory under Makis Palakas, and guitar with Giannis Raptis and Thodoris Ziras.

He is the composer of the contemporary opera The Shame of the Cyclops (I Ntropi tou Kyklopa), with a libretto by Giannis Filias, and of the operetta Golfo. Since 2013, he has released instrumental music influenced by film music, experimental music, and jazz, as well as collections of songs performed by Xenia Rodotheatou, Nikos Venetakis, and Anna Linardou.
