Kostas Anastasiadis was born in Thessaloniki and raised in Kilkis. As a self-taught musician he participated in local groups and he started playing proffesionally in 1986.

In 1992 he traveled to the USA in order to study at the Music Istitute in California. During his studying years he invented the method "Cycles of Rhythm", that was approved by high class artists, such as Jack DeJohnette, Vinnie Colaiuta, Tony Williams, Billy Higgins and more. His revolutionary ideas were awarded by Μ.Ι.Τ., establishing the award "Unique Individual Stylist Award".

After his studies he taught at P.Ι.Τ. and seminars and performed with Jimmy Mahlis, Kim Stown, Steve Bailey, The Hellenic Sounds, Brett Garsed, T.J. Helmerich, Milcho Leviev, Simon Nabatov, Tamir Hendelman and others and with many greeks artists.
