Katerina Adamopoulou started being involved with music from an early age attending lessons in Corfu. She studied at the National Conservatory, where she received her piano degree with distinction and continued her piano studies alongside the soloist Christine Tokatlian, receiving in 2012, the piano diploma and the harmony degree from the Philippos Nakas Conservatory.

He has studied jazz piano with Spyros Manesis at the Athenaeum Conservatory and jazz singing with Sylvios Syrros. In 2023 she completed her studies with a diploma in jazz singing from the JazzArt school. She has attended vocal lessons with Myra Milolidaki and numerous jazz improvisation, body music and tap dance seminars with Sheila Jordan, Jay Clayton, Thanos Daskalopoulos, Keith Terry, Roxanne Butterfly, Max Pollak and Simone Mongelli. She is a graduate of the three-year post-educational study cycle of C. Orff Musical Kinetic Education at the Moraitis school (2011-2014) and a graduate of a master's degree from Westminster University in London (MA in Music Business Management). She is a PhD candidate in the Department of Music Pedagogy at the European University of Cyprus.

She teaches piano, music-motor education to children and adults and jazz singing in private schools.

She has collaborated with Afroditi Manou, Maria Kilaidoni, Giorgos Mikros, Arionas Gyftakis, Tryfonas Tipou, etc. In recent years she has participated in various jazz ensembles, while in 2022 she formed her jazz quartet with which she performs original compositions and jazz standards.
