Yako Trio is a piano trio formed by Leandros Pasias (piano), Vagelis Vrachnos (bass) and George Klountzos-Chrysidis (drums).

The key element for forming the Trio was the work of the well-known Greek musician and composer Yannis Konstantinidis (AKA Kostas Giannidis), in particular his arrangements to familiar melodies and rhythms of Greek traditional music.

The trio's debut album "Ode to Yannis" was released in 2018.
