Guitarist Giorgos Varoutas was born in 1980. He is a founding member of the experimental bands Vault of Blossomed Ropes and Liminal Vanguard, as well as a member of the international musical collective, Lüüp.

He has participated, both as a performer and as a sound artist, in a range of international projects that involve hybrid experiments that bring together contemporary electronic and traditional world music.

His first album "Chronostasis" was released in 2017.
