Periklis Trivolis was born in Athens in 1975 and started to study music theory and electric bass at the Filippos Nakas conservatory. From 1998 to 2001 he studied jazz composition and double bass at the Berklee College of Music in Boston.

Since his relocation in Athens in 2003 he started to collaborate with distinguished greek and international artists and to teach at various institutes (Ionian University, Athenaeum conservatory).

He has performed with artists such as Marcus Stockhausen, Gilad Atzmon and Simon Nabatov and in numerous concerts, festibals and venues (Athens Concert Hall, Thessaloniki Concert Hall, etc.).
