Regular Rules were an experimental music project active in the late 2000s, with visual artist and musician Ilan Manouach and Belgian musician Gilles Mortiaux as its core members. Their music explored free improvisation, free jazz, and noise, combining alto saxophone, electric guitar, effects, and samples.

In 2009, they released the album Jeez Clusters Joys on Triple Bath, an independent record label based in Athens.
