Dimitris Panagiotidis is a self-taught musician based in Thessaloniki. He started music by playing accordion at the age of 9 and soon moved to guitar and other instruments.

He was a founding member of the band A Priori. He quit the band in 1984 before the release of its self-titled album.

He has been producing his own music since 2007.
