Pianist Ares Chatzinikolau was born in Poznan, Poland in 1973, where he lives and teaches at the city's Music Academy. He is the leader of various groups (Jah Ares & Τhe Tribe, Jah Ares Trio, etc.) and has recorded many personal albums.

He has perfomed in countless concerts and he is the author of many books (poetry, non-fictional, fairytails and translations).

He is Vice-President of the Polish literateur association and a member of the ZAIKS, STOART societies, as well as the Polish and Greek musicians association.
